Refund policy

At Zeydrt Art, we don’t believe in “good enough.” We are dedicated to ensuring that every collector is completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.


Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. We offer a full cancellation and refund under the following conditions:

  • Before Production & Shipment: You may request a full cancellation at any time before your order has entered the production phase or been shipped. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please wait for the item to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to proceed with a return.

Free Replacement for Damaged Items

We take full responsibility for the safe arrival of your artwork. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@zeydrt.com with your order number and clear photos of both the damaged artwork and its packaging.

Once the damage is verified, our team will handle the courier claim on your behalf and prioritize a free replacement for you—at no additional cost. We are committed to ensuring your art arrives in the condition you expect.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your artwork, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order to receive a full refund.

Note: 

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the artwork arrives damaged or is the wrong item, Zeydrt covers all return shipping costs and will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Personal Preference: If you decide to return the art for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to our designated international studio.

To qualify for a refund, the returned artwork must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Be returned to the original shipping address
  • Be in original condition and securely packaged—preferably in the original packaging
  • If the original packaging is unavailable, please use a similar protective method and provide photos for insurance purposes

We recommend keeping your packaging until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please note: All Zeydrt artworks are original oil paintings on canvas, hand-painted by artists. Each piece is unique, and minor variations in texture and tone are part of its authenticity.

Custom artworks (including personalized sizes, color adjustments, or special commissions) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. We appreciate your understanding.


Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@zeydrt.com.
