Primary Market: We currently exclusively serve the United States to ensure the highest quality of service and logistics precision.

Shipping Cost: We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders to the USA and Canada. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay. Shipping, tariffs, and taxes are fully covered by Zeydrt for all USA and Canada orders.*
Delivery Timeframe
Because each painting requires meticulous creation and proper drying time, please refer to the following schedule: Total Estimated Delivery Time: 12 – 21 Business Days

Production Time (7–14 Business Days): This is the time required for professional artists to hand-paint your order and for the paint to cure sufficiently for safe packaging.

Transit Time (5–7 Business Days): Once shipped, items typically arrive via trusted premium carriers including DHL, FedEx, or UPS Express.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 AM EST will begin processing the same business day. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase.
The "Preview & Approval" Service
Before shipping, we will email you photos and videos of your artwork. You can request adjustments to colors or details. We only ship when you are completely satisfied. Note: If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours of sending the preview, we will proceed with shipping to avoid further delays.
Packaging and Handling
We follow strict safety guidelines to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition:

Rolled Canvas (Ships in a Tube): The canvas is rolled and placed in a dent-resistant, high-quality tube. This is the safest method for oversized works.

Small Framed/Stretched Art (Ships in a Box): Shipped flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box with ample internal cushioning.

Large Framed/Stretched Art (Ships in a Crate): Shipped in a custom-built, heavy-duty wooden crate designed for international art transport, tightly sealed and secured.
Customs, Duties & Insurance

No Hidden Fees (DDP): All international import duties and taxes for the U.S. and Canada are included in our product prices. You will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.

Fully Insured: Zeydrt fully insures every shipment. In the rare event of damage during transit, you are fully covered.
Insurance and Damage Claims
All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@zeydrt.com with photos of the damaged artwork and packaging. Our support team will promptly arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can use this link to follow your shipment’s progress in real time.
