Shipping & Specifications
Shipping, tariffs, and taxes are fully covered by Zeydrt for all USA orders.
Transit Time: 5–7 business days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS Express.
Rolled Canvases: Shipped in durable, high-quality protective tubes.
Framed/Stretched Art: Smaller pieces ship in reinforced cardboard boxes; oversized works are secured in custom-built wooden crates for maximum protection during transit.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery:
Standard Artworks: You may return or exchange non-commissioned pieces within 30 days if they do not meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Custom/Commissioned Pieces: These are non-returnable due to their personalized nature, unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from the confirmed design.
Return Shipping: Zeydrt covers return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. For returns based on personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to our original shipping location.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
