Standard Artworks: You may return or exchange non-commissioned pieces within 30 days if they do not meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Custom/Commissioned Pieces: These are non-returnable due to their personalized nature, unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from the confirmed design.
Return Shipping: Zeydrt covers return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. For returns based on personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to our original shipping location.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
